History

1992

The company «Dedal Group» began the activity in the Russian market with deliveries of cables and electric conductors for Moscow’s building complex.

1995

The representative office was opened in Yekaterinburg.

1996

The subsidiary enterprise «Dedal Provod» was established.

The first line on production of magnet wires for windings of electric pumps’ electric motors for oil recovery was put into operation.

1998

The company’s branch was opened in St. Petersburg.

1999

The subsidiary enterprise «Dedal» was registered in Kiev.

The company’s branch was opened in Kirov.

The company became the member of the International Association «Elektrokabel».

2000

The company became the member of the International Association of Business Cooperation on Turbo- Hydrogenerators, Electric Machines, Electric Insulation Materials and Production Equipment for their manufacture («Interelectromash»).

The first train consisting of cars with an induction motor drive for the Kiev Metro was produced.

The company became the member of the International Association «Metro».

2001

The company’s branch was opened in Minsk.

The subsidiary enterprise «Dedal – oil-extracting equipment» (Podolsk, Moscow area) on production of components parts and spares for oil-extracting equipment was registered.

The first line on production of fluoroplastic tubes for creating slot insulation in electric motors of submerged pumps for oil recovery was put into operation at the enterprise «Dedal Provod».

The company became the member of the International Association of city electric transport’s enterprises.

The company became the member of the Autonomous non-commercial organization «United directorate of the customers of subways under construction» (INVESTSTROYMETRO).

2002

In Kiev the enterprise "Metrovagonservice" on building of cars for the underground and also on repair and modernization of existing park of cars of the underground was established going in with «Kiev Metro» and Closed Joint Stock Company «VAGONMASH».

2003

The Management Company «Dedal» was established in Moscow.

«Dedal» was entered in members of the International Association of Public Transport (UITP).

The company «Dedal Group» became the proprietor of «Sibstankoelektroprivod» OJSC in Novosibirsk.

The company «United electro technical factories» was created in Moscow.

The company «Dedal Group» became the proprietor of «VAGONMASH» CJSC in St Petersburg.

2004

The company «Ziosab-Dedal» was established in St. Petersburg.

Open joint-stock company «Petersburg tram mechanical factory» was entered into the Holding of «Dedal».

2005

The company «Dedal-Vagony» was formed as the Management Company of Closed Joint Stock Company «VAGONMASH» and Open joint-stock company «Petersburg tram mechanical factory».
