Description

The restaurant car is designed for using it as a restaurant for long-distance trains on main line trackage of JSC «Russian Railways», rail gage 1520mm, and constructive speed up to 160 km/hr. The car excels in increased comfort and services, it is equipped with modern machinery for food storage, cooking, and dish washing, and also has an improved reliability and operating safety. The car is provided with audio-visual translating and inter-car communication system, air conditioner, ecologically clean toilet for personnel, dining-hall complete with comfortable tables and chairs, retail bar and kitchen. Structural elements of the car’s interior are made from ecologically clean and flameproof materials..

Distinctive features providing better service properties:

The dining hall and the bar were specially designed for this train. Hall furniture, wall and ceiling finishing as well as the bar counter are manufactured using mahogany, precast stone and other original materials. The floor is carpeted by “kovrolin”. All in one provides an honorable and expensive style of interior and enhanced comfort for visitors. The kitchen premises and its layout are accomplished in a slightly different manner. There is some additional cooking equipment fixed in the kitchen.
